of America in New York, and has been cooking professionally for
over fifteen years. His career has included stints in a Michelin
three-star restaurant in London, some of Manhattan's finest kitchens,
South America, the Caribbean and North America.
As Food Network's highest rated Canadian host, Michael's three
shows, Chef at Home, Chef at Large and The Inn Chef are proven audience
favourites and are now seen in more than 20 countries worldwide.
He is also an award winning cookbook author and frequent guest chef.
