Dr. Bramble is a business and wine educator and journalist who taught wine appreciation as a member of the faculty at Brock University, Ontario, Canada. She is a certified sommelier and author of several wine and wine touring books, an international wine judge, TV and Radio personality.

A Senior Editor of VINES Magazine and freelance writer for several other publications,
Dr. Bramble co-designed and taught the certification book and course for the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers. She is the author of Introduction to the Wines of Ontario certification book and course, as well as Excellence in Winery Sales and Service.

• Awarded the Niagara Wine Festival Citizen of the Year (2001)
• Received the Excellence of Women in Gastronomy Award (2002)
• Inducted into the Ducata dei Vini Friulani, Italy (2003)
• Inducted as a fellow to the Ontario Hostelry Institute (2005)
